Baby Minou

Baby Minou is a little toy cat given to me when I was not long born by a lady I knew as Aunty Lou. Because of my mum’s polio my early years were difficult- the adults didn’t have much time for me. But Baby Minou was always there for me – giving me time and dispensing steady love and gentle wisdom. She still does. Her physical being may cease when mine does, but her spirit – which may reflect love felt for me that couldn’t be shown will definitely live on.
